Returning Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition (please include a shipping tracking number). Once the product is received, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be pre-arranged with our customer service team.

I Received a Damaged Item

If you have received a damaged item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • A description of the defect

  • Photographic evidence

If the package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims for damaged packages must be made within 7 days of delivery. Without proof confirmed by one of our support representatives, we cannot offer a refund, store credit, or replacement.

I Received the Wrong Item

If you have mistakenly received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you did not receive

  • The name of the item you did receive

  • A photo of the item received

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product.

For Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product is faulty, damaged during transport, or defective in any way, return shipping will be free of charge. In such cases, we will send you a new replacement item at no extra cost.

If You Want to Return an Item

If you purchased the wrong product, the product does not fit, or you no longer want it – the customer will bear the actual return shipping costs and is responsible for providing proof of return shipment. A return shipping label can be downloaded here.

Cancellation Policy

Please note – orders cannot be cancelled, as they are processed automatically 24/7 and prepared for shipping. However, if you do not wish to keep the item, you may return it after receiving it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
